Let me know how it turns out!
Christmas Cookies
George Strait
Chorus:
I sure do like those Christmas cookies, sugar
I sure do like those Christmas cookies, babe
The ones that look like Santa Claus
Christmas trees, and bells, and stars
I sure do like those Christmas cookies, babe
Now Christmas cookies are a special treat
The more she bakes the more I eat
And sometimes I can't get myself to stop
Sometimes she'll wait till I'm asleep
And she'll take the ones I didn't eat
And put those little sprinkly things on top
Chorus:
I sure do like those Christmas cookies, sugar
I sure do like those Christmas cookies, babe
The ones that look like Santa Claus
Christmas trees, and bells, and stars
I sure do like those Christmas cookies, babe
Now those sprinkly things just makes things worse
Cause it makes them taste better than they did at first
And they're absolutely impossible to resist
Some disappear to who knows where
But I make sure I get my share
And those kids just stand there waiting for the ones I miss
I sure do like those Christmas cookies, sugar
Sure do like those Christmas cookies, babe
She gets mad that they're all gone
Before she gets the icing put on
Sure do like those Christmas cookies babe
Now there's a benefit to all of this
That you might have overlooked or missed
So now let me tell you the best part of it all
Every time she sticks another batch in the oven
There's 15 minutes for some kissin' and'a huggin'
That's why I eat Christmas cookies all year long!
Ah, Take it away boys
--- Instrumental ---
Chorus:
I sure do like those Christmas cookies, sugar
I sure do like those Christmas cookies, babe
The ones that look like Santa Claus
Christmas trees, and bells, and stars
I sure do like those Christmas cookies, babe
I sure do like those Christmas cookies, babe...
Is it free?
You too.
Thanks! :) Merry Christms too you too! :)
Thank you -- that's beautiful!
Nice graphic.
Free to look, bucks to chat.
I looked.
There are many men my age with conservative credentials and an intersest in a 50+ woman. They all live 2000 miles away! What is it about the west? Do all the good men move there and leave me with the weenies in Maine?
I looked there too. Most of the women in the age group I am looking for (18 to 35) live in the eastern part of my state.
Here is my favorite Christmas craft project:

(I don't feel like reposting all of the instructions.) ;-)
Favorite Christmas movies:
Christmas in Connecticut the original version
Miracle on 34th Street
and the one with George Bailey in it.
Favorite songs:
Adeste Fidelis
Oh Come Emmanual
I don't blame you one bit...but those wreaths are extremely beautiful!
I want me a nice carpenter who will make me the actual table. :-)
My favorite Christmas memory.
Christmas 1967, Chu Lai, Republic of Vietnam
The level of fire was terrific, rifles, machineguns,
flares popping on the perimeter,
it wasn't safe to stick your head above ground level....
And that was just our guys celebrating!
It's a experience, that, that's seared, SEARED in my memory.
Favorite Christmas song, "I want a hippopotomus for Christmas!"
Favorite Christmas movie, "It's a wonderful life".
Favorite line from the movie, "Every time a bell rings,
a democrat has killed a baby."
Sorry if I sound somewhat cynical but today I got my Christmas bonus, after a year of slaving away, I know
a bonus is something extra and that I should be glad
but ..............A STINKING ORANGE???!!!!!
For this I saved the company bacon on numerous occasions???
Baaah. A pox on the house of my boss.
Still, I always have my failing health to fall back on
and my one good leg. Too bad about those Christmas presents
for my family though, perhaps if I but a bill marked paid
in each stocking they'd understand. No? I thought not.
/sarc.
Merry Christmas, and may the joy of the season spread
like a flame in all our hearts.
You're one smart lady!
LOL!
I prefer to know how to make the table myself. ;-)
Thank you for your service to this country -- we all you a debt of gratitude.
Are you serious about the orange???
We all owe you a debt of gratitude.
There's a gremlin in my keyboard.
