Well, I had to swallow hard and do it, but...I'm doing major editing for lenght. I'm having to cut out whole paragraphs from my vanity. It hurts like crazy. But I've gotten it down to 3 1/4 pages.

I've already done so much cutting and editing, I would have to exit without saving, then bring up a new one and redo all the editing. *Sigh* I'll just keep posting what I've got. I had to cut the Clinton thing.

Editing is the part I hate most. I don't mind trimming the fat from a sentence, to find a better way to convey a thought, but when it comes to taking out whole paragraphs or scenes, I really have a problem.

Same here. I do not like removing whole paragraphs or scenes. I had to the few times I posted an excrept to this forum I had to edit (heavy violence and some swearing) and those were the mild parts (it is NOT family freindly lol). But it is a sci-fi/war/military-thriller so such content adds realism and depth.

Ouch. Well I think 4 pages is well enough. How long the post is actually depends on the resolution people have their monitors set at. All six paragraphs that you sent me only took up one and a half screens (my monitor is set at 1024 x 768)

I think the hard hitting capitalism is worth keeping in. Cant please everyone and there are things that are worth keeping it long. This paragraph is one of them.

It's too late: I saved as, then named the file and saved it, then started editing. I'm so far into editing now all my editing work would be lost.
