Wow...just watching the Cincy--Pitt game on Gamecast is awesome...can't wait for the highlights
Dallas has 1:38 to score at TD to send this into OT.
Pwned!
FaRve Knocked into Monday
Vasher INT
It's GOOD!
The idiots in the booth are wasting time -- the pass was clearly incomplete.
ay caramba - los Gigantes del nuevo jork y los Vaqueros de Dallas. Que lastima...
2 minute warning...Steelers have the ball and are marching to get TD to tie, could this game go to OT ? maybe
GOODY! I've got the final moments of the Giants/Cowboys game. :-D
Sorry about your Boys Blue States. Next week is another game.
Thanks Sonic, wild card isnt such a bad goal.
At least we came back enough to scare yall. ;)
Wow, what an amazingly pathetic attempt at a 2 minute offense by Dallas. Nickels and dimes won't buy ya a house.
Sorry about your luck.
Bengals D crushes Steelers...just need 3 kneel downs...awesome game. The Bengals are a very good team.
I look forward to the highlights of that game when I get home.
Texans have more points than their opponents...what does that mean? It's almost unprecedented.
Well, that's the game.
Offensively, the game was somewhat lackluster. Eli Manning was only 12/31 for 152 yards and 2 interceptions. Tiki had 115 yards rushing however, and Jay Feely still has some work to do (got a Field goal, missed a field goal).
However, the Giants defense showed up and laid the smack-down on the Boys' the old-fashioned way...
4 takeaways (particularly the fumble return for a TD by Antonio Pierce).
4 sacks (2 by Strahan and 1 by Umenyora).
All in all, the defense was dominant in this game, and it only shows that Eli is still a young quarterback who still needs work. After all, he's only a sophomore quarterback (and before you compare Eli's second season with Peyton's, remember that Peyton spent his home games inside a dome, whereas Eli has to work with cold and windy New York), and he'll continue to grow and develop.
In any case, I'll take the win. Next week, we head to Philadelphia to take on the Eagles. Stay tuned for tomorrow night's game between Seattle and Philadelphia to get a glimpse at what we have to face next week.
Till then, go Giants.
Uh-oh. Maybe I spoke too soon. Ravens down by 2, nearing field goal range.
Houston collapses again...the same old script. LOL.
man....if Houston wins, then SF and GB take the lead in the Bush Bowl :)
