My advice would be to look for a girl who is not above yourself looks-wise. This is only fair.
True. But how woulda girl get to nknow me if she is not aracted to me?
Brains, and personality is important as well.
I'm so unique and different, I'm hanging on to the hope that there is a girl who is also as unique and different as me, while having the same kind of looks (I don't want to call myself good looking, that would just be wrong. I'm beating around the bush).
Well, if not many guys are attracted to her because she is not good-looking, she would be more open and accepting to a guy like you.
I have tried and tried for years. I do not seek out just "the hotties."
Paul, like me you need to lose a few pounds. Mainly though it is truly not about how you look. A woman wants a man who is not thinking of himself all of the time (in the positive or the negative). She wants (I want) a man who is too busy thinking I am keen to feel self conscious or self hating. She wants (I want) someone who understands just what she is thinking and she can tell the same thing. Find a nice shy girl that had not been noticed and let her know she is being noticed and then look out!

I've been there. In high school, I was REALLY ugly. I had braces, horrible acne, glasses (not fashionable small glasses, big huge ones that covered my whole face). And I was a puny little thing (still am, really).
Yes I did want the truth and I am glad you stated it. I have been losing pounds. I lost 50 this year, for the sole purpose of trying to get a girl attractd to me. I am not judgemental on looks, but sadly many people are. How would I even find a shy girl? Being shy myself, most people who are shy tend to keep themselves "invisible."
If it's okay for a guy to say so, I agree. You're really not that horrible looking, Paul, just lose a few pounds. I've seen way uglier guys than you getting really hot girls (I don't think looks are as important to women).
Wow. Yeah I have looked worse. But I do not kno how good is good enough. I hope my glasses are okay because I am too chicken to wear contacts.
Well I do not know what it is then if its not my looks that are the problem.
Actually, I would recommend contacts. I never thought I would wear them, but when I first started, I was amazed at the change. They're hard to put in at first, but once you get used to it, you get really tough eyes (makes eye doctor appointments easier). And after time, it actually starts to feel good to put them in every morning (not always).
You're too shy and not aggressive enough. Women don't flock around men, it's the other way around.
On the other hand, I'm probably being the biggest hypocrite in the world by saying that, so never mind.

That is typicla man-talk Paul. Women find men attractive for different reasons. Get to know her first and determine attraction later.
If you really want a woman, you can always get a good job.
I already have a job.
It is important to be able to support your wife. A job cannot be underestimated.
To be completely honest, I'll be the first to admit it's my own fault I don't have a girlfriend. I have had girls that were interested at first, but I didn't know what to do and wasted many good opportunities.
I do not have a a doctorate from harvard, and I do not make 500,000 a year LOL, but I am financially stable.
