(P.S. I am old enough to have watched all of the above shows during their first run with the exception of Lucy, The Honeymooners, and The Phil Silvers Show, all of which I caught fully in reruns. The above lists are strictly from memory, so I hope I didn't leave out anything obvious. Have fun.)
I see. Well, that explains it. I hardly ever watch any late night TV. Nothing to see. IMHO

I think they still show it on the SCIFI channel on Saturday mornings here. That darn show just cracks me up.
Are you sure? It's been cancelled on SciFi here for about three years now.
Nope, I'm not sure, but I just watched it not too long ago. Either my schedule is different, or it was just a special or something.
Hmmm. I'm looking up Kansas... Nothing on Zap2it.com. Nothing on Scifi.com. Was it the movie, perhaps? Did you know that MST3K The Movie is rare? I saw a copy on Ebay going for over $100.00.

Being that you are in Berlin, I gather that you prefer Hogan's Heroes.
I heard that Fox wanted him to take the show in a direction he didn't like - whatever that means. But yeah, that's a sad way to end the show.
You have good taste.
Hogan's Heroes was always one of my faves.
Hallmark channel was airing episodes on Sundays at 6am. And then... sniffle... they stopped.

I always enjoy people who come to a thread and say they don't know anything about the subject - but then go on to write about how stupid everything is and what a waste of time the thread is.

On the DVDs there are interviews with many people concerned with the series, and I don't recall anyone commenting to that effect. I really don't think Seinfeld intended his own character, in particular, to be seen that way.

I was under the impression that Friends was very popular, but I don't see anyone mentioning it.
Leave It To Beaver not on the list? The title alone should qualify it's inclusion.
I had 'Friends' listed on my original "honorable mention" list.
I think it was a very good show but is considered somewhat of a blatant ripoff of Seinfeld.
