The neat thing about those recipes are that you can omit ingredients, and then substitute whatever appeals to you.
By drinking a glass of V8 juice or orange juice along with those easy meals, we actually are eating a fairly balanced diet.
Sometimes I add Worchestershire sauce or tabasco to the V8 juice.

Orange juice would do fine, I can't stand V8 (unless it's V8 splash).

When I was a kid, I used to make peanut butter and mayonaise sandwiches. Mmmm...how's that for nutritious and well-balanced? That's another one I want to throw up just thinking about.

I googled V8 splash, and here is what it says:
"One eight-ounce serving of V8 Splash® contains 130% of the Recommended Daily Value of Vitamin C... that's more Vitamin C than a medium orange."

Ah, vitamin C. I've heard strawberries have more vitamin C than oranges.
V8 splash is good. Diet anything is horrible.

hm no I stumbled onto this thread while posting to my locale. I have a Mistress Plan to build a database containing judges decisions that is easily searchable, by voter districe, judge name and general topic, with links to commentary by organizatoins.

Sunday evening. That's when I switch from "single" mode to "working man with a life" mode. :-) Same here (well, working woman), I'll be on here just a minutes and then it's lights out. Another week ahead. Tomorrow I get "reviewed". Who's stupid idea was that? Yearly reviews, I think I get enough input daily to know what a wonderful job I do, I hate sitting down to talk about it :). Just give me the raise and let's go on with life.
