3 suspects are linked to burned corpses

Three (A&J Dairy) dairy distributors from Bergen County stand charged with murder after authorities say the men caught a pair of thieves during a break-in and exacted a brutal measure of street justice.

Clifton detectives arrested the three businessmen - two brothers from Park Ridge and another man from Palisades Park - following an investigation sparked by the discovery in May of two charred bodies: one lying face-down in an industrial section of Clifton, the other on a street in the Bronx.

Detectives found that the victims had been fencing goods stolen from warehouses and lots in the Hunts Point Market in the Bronx. On the night of May 30, the targeted goods were boxes of Dannon yogurt and Polly-O string cheese, locked inside box trucks the men had apparently hit before, investigators said.

If only they had sent the bodies to the meat packing plant, they'd be in the clear. And with the Hudson so close by,.....

Had it happened in Texas the shooters would have been given a pat on the back by the cops. Clean up in the dairy section.

Turn them over to the police and they are back out on the street stealing to pay their lawyers, bonds, and fines, which the state keeps. The crime here is they will be prosecuted with more vigor than the original criminals because they are a threat to the system. They may have been Albanians, but could have been anyone. The system has been corrupted by lawyers and judges and liberals excusing everything. These business guys were wrong to some degree, but the frustration of being robbed again and again with no resolution in sight can be overwhelming. Maybe they can plead insanity and be given a lifetime supply of prozac and a supplementary income adjustment.

They said the suspects burned the bodies to obscure their identities, but police were able to recover identification cards from Depugh's jacket.

So why aren't the judges who put these career criminals back on the streets going on trial?
