Turn them over to the police and they are back out on the street stealing to pay their lawyers, bonds, and fines, which the state keeps. The crime here is they will be prosecuted with more vigor than the original criminals because they are a threat to the system. They may have been Albanians, but could have been anyone. The system has been corrupted by lawyers and judges and liberals excusing everything. These business guys were wrong to some degree, but the frustration of being robbed again and again with no resolution in sight can be overwhelming. Maybe they can plead insanity and be given a lifetime supply of prozac and a supplementary income adjustment.
