Let the record show that at 10:47 AM on the day of Sam Alito's nomination, Jesse Jackson lumped Alito with the worst of Jim Crow.
Speaking of Rosa Parks, Jackson said:
"The laws that Rosa Parks fought against were based on states rights. Alito is a states rights person. The struggle continues."
With Jesse, you can leave out the "nincom"...
This statement by Jesse Jackson is such garbage. For one thing erroneously linking racial discrimination to the Constitutional recognition of States Rights' is the infamous propaganda tool that centralists use in their pathetic attempts at discrediting the important guarantee of States Rights as enumerated in the Constitution.
"F Jesse Jackson."
Jackson made his "bones" at the death of Martin Luther King and now he continues his "cause" at the death of Rosa Parks. How surprising! /sarc
So, according to Jesse Jerkson, all states rights are bad and stand for keeping black people down? So, using linear logic, Alito must hate black people because he is a states rights guy... Mike Savage is right, liberalism is a mental disorder. Jackson should be locked up in a sanitarium for his own good.
What if Roe were overturned, and the Congress attempted to adopt federal legislation outlawing abortion?
The libs would be the first to scream for states rights!
If Jesse doesn't like Alito, he must be good!
Jackson never dared to use her name for his pet projects when she was alive. Mrs. Parks would have hit him on the head with her umbrella. She was a great woman - Jackson's nothing but a hanger on...
Well, run for President Jesse, win, then you can appoint whomever you please.
That is EXACTLY what Jackson was suggesting.
So Jesse The-Reverend-With-A-Love-Child Jackson is implying that if Alito is confirmed he'll vote to make black folk sit in the back of the bus?
You're out of touch, Jesse. Black folk in the city where Alito works aren't riding in the back of the bus -- or the fromt of the bus, for that matter. Transit strike.
My, my.
The Constitution is also a states rights document.
But I doubt that Jesse Jackass Jackson knows that the 10th amendment exists.
Staes rights don't apply when Federal Law supecedes them. Segregation is contrary to the equal protection clause of the Constitution and was a clear violation of the 14th
Amendment as were all Jim Crow laws.
So, Jesse, go back to the law books or keep your mouth shut.
Alito and States Rights have absolutely nothing to do with Rosa PArks and segregation except in the minds of you and people like the Ku Klux Klan. I guess you have more in common with them than you think.
And the stellar recommendations for Alito keep coming!
Libs are frothing at the mouth and the RINO's are subdued. Race baiters reverting to norm. Conservatives thrilled. All is well.
Somebody send this Dork a copy of the Constitution. If he can read, he would discover that there is a reason our country is called the "UNITED STATES".
The shakedown artist is still struggling, eh?
Rosa Parks refused to give up her seat because she knew it was her right to pay her fare and sit in a seat on the bus. She knew she did not have to give up her seat to anyone. She was a real lady and a quiet advocate for equal rights unlike jessee who is a showboat.
The only place the struggle continues in jesses's mind!!!
Hey Jesse, don't you have a co-worker or assistant that you should be impregnating-it's been a while you're due.
