Mom Uses Car As Battering Ram, Shoves Son's Pickup Through Wall

CARLISLE, Ohio -- A drunken woman in a jealous rage over her ex-husband's new girl friend smashed her car into three vehicles in his driveway, even shoving her son's pickup truck through the wall of his house, News 5's Juliette Vara reported.

"It was like being at the fair seeing a demolition derby," said a neighbor, Joyce Stewart.

"She was in a rage," said the woman's 18-year-old son, Justin Wells. "It blew my mind. I didn't know what to think."

Police said 40-year-old Alina Thinnes went to her husband's house in the 700 block of Robert Place to pick a fight. When she got back in her Chevrolet Cavalier, her son thought she was leaving. That's when she turned the car into a battering ram, smashing into her ex-husband's van and his girlfriend's car.

"She was pulling out of the driveway, then she dropped it down into gear and hit the car, over and over," said a witness, Joe Carpenter. "Then she hit Justin's truck and rammed it into the house, backed up, rammed it and rammed it."

The Cavalier rammed the pickup so hard it knocked all four wheels of the pickup off the ground.

"I couldn't believe what I was seeing," Carpenter said.

"She was on a roll," Justin said about his mother. "She wasn't going to quit till she was satisfied."

Thinnes, of Middletown, was charged with drunken driving and four counts of vandalism.

What the press isn't telling you is that the husband supports Harriet Miers, the girlfriend had an abortion and the son is a homosexual.

Doesn't Alina Thinnes know October is Domestic Violence Awareness Month? Had her ex-husband been wearing a purple ribbon she might have thought twice.

Well, the article says Alina Thinnes is from Middletown, OH. Having grown up somewhere near there, and knowing a little bit about that place, it is possible she may not know what month it is much less that it's Domestiv Violence Awareness Month. :-)

Reminds me of a story I heard once about a woman who came home from a trip and found that her hubby had, as a surprise,

Hired an interior decorator to redo their bedroom....
A room filled with antiques, heirlooms etc that the wife had poured her heart into making beautiful. It was changed into a glass and chrome monstrosity.

Anyhow, wifey ran hubby down with the car and pinned him to the garage. Most women thougth he had it comin' ;) ;) ;)

"A drunken woman in a jealous rage over her ex-husband's new girl friend smashed her car into three vehicles in his driveway..."

Now why would a man want to divorce a gem like that and get a new girlfriend?
