We will not tire, we will not falter, and we will not fail!
Good morning!!
Do not let the victims of the attacks on New York and Washington, nor the brave members of our Nation's military who have given their lives to protect our freedom, die in vain!!
Louisiana is preparing for an epic legal struggle as tens of thousands of homeowners there will soon discover their insurance policies won't cover rebuilding as floods are not covered. Moreover, Federal flood insurance only covers losses up to $250,000.
Otherwise, recovery from KATRINA continues.
For AMERICA - The Right Way, I remain yours in the Cause, the Chairman.
Well at least she likes him now.
I will check in for a while from my son's house, because I can't stand not knowing what's going on!
Saw this article yesterday about the heat in Chicago, and it is right on the money.
No mention of Clinton during this fiasco.
I wonder sometimes if the media whipped frenzy towards the President and Katrina may have been just the vehicle needed to swerve public attention away from Able Danger.
I hope that doesn't sound jaded, but we know these liberals.
Oh my, you do have a busy day planned.
Good morning.
You really have a busy day ahead of you. You'll be tired tonite.
I was thinking about that last night....not one mention of Able Danger in days.
We're going to hear about Katrina for weeks.
I said a few weeks ago that I didn't believe the death toll of Hurricane Katrina was going to be as large as they were predicting. I do believe it was to whip the country into a frenzy about the inability of this Administration to handle such a disaster. This will continue to be proven wrong over time.
It still stuns me about the flagrant use of race baiting that remains among democrats. Why is it that they continue to use it?
Rush is right... these people have not moved out of the sixties.
Fox and Friends discussing the race charges now. ED (whom I usually don't like) is doing a good job of pointing out how irrational these charges are.
THEY are the racists, and their siren songs of "WE care" lure the ignorant and bigoted to their destructive shores.
I don't get that.
In 1996 my family lost our house and most of our possessions to a fire. The communtiy outpouring was unbelievable. Never once did we feel entitled to anything, but just humbled and thankful to be alive.
We will always be grateful for that outpouring, and we do what we can to return the favor to the community whenever an opportunity presents itself.
In addition, I am amazed at te numbers of people who have no idea how the governments (federal, state, and local) work. I have had to explain FEMA several times to people this past week.
But more important, I hear on the nightly news (almost every night) how all these evacuees are going to drain the welfare system in Houston.
Which makes me wonder, these are citizens of LA. so why isn't their state sending money to my state to take care of their citizens???
Switching the subject here: I was disgusted yesterday when I saw a portion of the Robert's Hearings. Those senators were doing nothing but pontificating and expounding on nothing that had to do with anything. Those with the least to say took the greatest amount of time to say it. Roberts deserves a medal for paying attention the whole time.
Excellent question, kassie. No doubt, LA will be sending these evacuees absentee ballots for their next election.
Great question, kassie!
And Cmom.............You are so right on in your comments this morning!!!!!!!!
I take it he didn't fall asleep during their pontificating.
What a bunch of chest thumping, over bloated, self indulgent creeps.
Sounds like Supercalifredgalistic...
They're discussing it on FNF now.
Good morning.
