Brosnan reminds me of that old saying: --- "The prettier the face, the emptier the space".

Pierce Brosnan is not, never was, and never will be James Bond. He lacks the build, the courage, the confidence, the range of emotions that the true Ian Fleming character had in his books and which was shown repeatedly onscreen by Sean Connery, Tim Dalton and occasionally, Roger Moore. I'd far rather have George Lazenby than this clown in a role he simply does not fit and where his appeal to the younger set is based on staged lines, phony special effects, an utter lack of knowledge of the Fleming books and the occasional tuxedo.

"This man called President Bush has a lot to answer for..." - Pierce Brosnan

"This actor called Pierce Brosnan has a lot to answer for, first of all trying to impersonate 007." - Sean Connery

He's not a nice guy according to the crew who worked with on two of the bond films.

The little a**hole should clean up his own back yard first-I read both of his kids were druggies and one got busted for drugs. He was never James Bond. Too much of a girlie boy to be a James Bond. Wish these wienie Hollywood types would STFU and try and act-oh judging by the crap movies they put out they can't do that either!

Pierce Brosnan decided to become an American because he wants the right to vote for John Kerry in the upcoming presidential election.

What an idiot!

I remember someone by that name, Brosnan. Used to be a star, I think.

Brosnan, who will retain dual citizenship, add: "I found a whole new life and identity in America. (But) my heart and soul will forever be Irish."

...

Translation without the PR pap:

Brosnan, "I found a whole new life and identity in American capitalism and got off the Irish welfare system. (But) my heart and soul will forever be Irish. (thankfully I was able to escape the dead end career opportunities there)."

Brosnan's career is on the skids like Streisand's. Ugh! Wouldn't waste my money on either.

Where is his criticism of mayor Nagin and the LA Governor? Simply outrageous.

Yesterday I made the BIG mistake of going to see The Constant Gardener. Gee I really wanted to see the penguin movie, but my husband didn't. After seeing Gardener movie, he said he wished he could have seen penguins movie or wished he would have washed his clothes. At any rate, it was soo boring. The previews were on for the gay cowboy movie. I burst out laughing during the previews. Talk about dopey. I am going to be flabberghasted if many people go to watch the homosexual cowboy movie.
