Anybody else remember back in the 70's when they changed the official pronunciation of the seventh planet without consultation?

When you think 'bout it - why should one planet have prominent rings and not the others? Perhaps they are very temporary.

Well, the sun has going through a cycle of high activity of sunspots, and sun flares, and could be having a effect all of the planets in our solar system.
Of course the liberals/envirowackos/liberal agenda scientist leave that inconvenient fact out.

Among the most surprising findings is that parts of Saturn's innermost ring _ the D ring _ have grown dimmer since the Voyager spacecraft flew by the planet in 1981, and a piece of the D ring has moved 125 miles inward toward Saturn.

shhhhhhhhhhhhhhh -- do not let our moon hear about this

Hmmmmmm

Well, we've only known about the rings for what, 500 years? Galileo? Maybe they've only been there for a relatively short time. The result of a massive asteroid collision?

Saturn's rings are not anything like the age of Saturn itself. Either they are captured debris, or they were spit up by the planet itself.
