Tonight's topic on Niteline: Bush is a racist!

Koppel will disguise the topic as something like, "Did racism play a part in the Bush Administration's slow response to the New Orleans disaster?"
But we all know Koppel. He will do his best to convince the ignorant that Bush, and conservatives, are racist. He will not so much as hint that the true racists are the Mayor of New Orleans who did not lift a finger to evacuate the poor blacks, nor to keep law and order after the hurricane struck; and the governor of Louisana who did not have the Louisiana National Guard in place to respond to the immediate needs of the citizens and prepare the way for a federal response.

Now we shall see if I am right.

This crap is out of control. I'm getting jaded about helping people who complain, complain, complain, be it here or elsewhere in the world.

The president has a pastor who is black. How much more telling is anything than this?
These people are just beyond belief.

I have said it all along, the Louisana National guard is under control of blanco.
She should be tarred and feathered.

Tonight, on Koppel:
Did racism prompt President Bush to call the Governor of Louisiana the day before hurricane Katrina hit and plead for a mandatory evacuation?

Preemptively I have this to say to Teddy:
Ted, welcome to the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA where the Federal Gubment cannot run into the individual states and take over control of anything.
Here, the local gubment is in charge of the LOUSIANA National Guard and they MUST ASK THE FEDERAL GUBMENT FOR Help.
What the President did on Saturday (which was two full days before the storm hit) was call LA and MISS Disaster Areas which sent resources into motion. Mobilizing these forces falls on the Governor, not the President.
Herein endeth the Civics lesson for the Lame Stream Media and Democrats.

Koppel is just another one of the irrelevant MSM socialist-wanna-bes vying for attention. But the only attention he will get is from the dregs of American society: the lazy, the selfish, the malcontents, the losers -- all of which represent the LIBERALS who need and want to fed this kind of pure political garbage.

It will be a carryover from 20/20 where they blamed Bush for all the problems and never mentioned the incompetent mayor or governor were the ones really at fault.

this whole "racist" angle is a joke. the dems are scared because they know the GOP has made some serious inroads into the black vote. this is a great opportunity to try to knock that down.

These people who are screaming Racism perhaps have another motive, I bet at first in their they were jumping for joy, they got a new dependent group to represent. If these people were on the rise in society, now they knocked down to be dependent on government. Remember a lot of them are communist sympathizers, they visit Castro, and probably miss the Soviet Union. Castro oppresses his people and keeps them in poverty and the old Soviet Union with Stalin, etc did not embellish their people.
If the downtrodden do not get help due to the hatred the race mongers spew, it is better for them. The losers are the good people who just want to get on their feet. You can not make friends by burning bridges. They are burning bridges. I just knew this was going to happen.
To: PhilipFreneau
Well, then I guess the black mayor of NO and the Governor of LA are also racists.

You are not alone in feeling jaded. It is sickening how some people are blaming Bush for this.

Actually, you can't blame Koppel for racism becoming a topic in this horrorible situation. He's simply doing his job of covering the news.
O'Reilly's covering the racial aspect on Fox as I type this.
