Top Five Cartoon Crushes (Vanity)
Posted on 09/01/2005 7:00:11 AM PDT by MadMaxCutlass
As young boys we develop crushes on anything - teachers, movie stars and yes, even cartoon characters. Who did you have a crush on growing up?
(P.S. The animators drew them that way for a reason, fellers!)

This was way after my time but I always thought that Disney made the Little Mermaid just a tad too sexy.

Woo hoo- those red x's get me hot n bothered, too. ;) I can't even post a red x, much less a picture. My hubby liked Daphne on Scooby when he was a little tyke, btw.

As a little tyke, did he know that Daphne was a little dyke? (or am I thinking of other female character in Scooby Do?)
To: MadMaxCutlass
Daphne is the slim red head in purple. Thelma is the dyke in square glasses. Dude, did you go to public school or what!? :) No, he always wanted Fred and Daphne to 'split up' during the clue gathering and get "caught" by Scooby...

Oh, number one, hands down, Aunt Fritzi...
Number two, Blondie.
3. Daphanie from Scooby Doo
4. Trixie from Speed Racer
5. Wonder Woman

Are you trying to tell me Betty Boop's not real? I thought I'd found her once, but she turned out to be an impostor with silicone. Still lookin'.
To: MadMaxCutlass
It's not just the guys...my first crush was Mighty Mouse.

Say fellas, had enough NOLA looting stories?I'd like to pack up a few crews here and head down. I could use a couple weeks away from here, and that would be just the ticket. The armed looters will probably keep me away, though. The boss wouldn't want a quarter of his management team dead.

I am surprised they still draw Aunt Fritzi in such a sexy way. She always wears tight tops. I wonder what the cartoonist has in mind. ;)
Btw, this past Sunday's "Nancy" cartoon was kind of depressing. Poor Sluggo lives in a filthy, pest infested home, and apparently he has no parents! :-o
