gaspricewatch.com says $3.88 in Death Valley.
That'll probably change going into the weekend.
It's an interesting site but you have to watch out because from time to time some dope will put in bad prices.

Thornton, Colorado, about 15 miles north of Denver, I went to work my night shift. At 9P last night it was $2.69....this morning on the way home, same station, is now $2.85.
To: mn-bush-man
2.39 in Lexington, KY yesterday.
Saw the same station putting up signs for 2.85 today. Glad I filled up both cars.

Around near here it is over $4 a gallon (Macon GA) but you cant buy it anymore as the pumps have run dry. I don't know how this is going to affect people being able to get to work....worrisome.

I just went to fill up as we may be experienceing a gas shortage in Atlanta this weekend (the two pipelines that bring in gas, diesel and jetfuel are down from Katrina) and I paid $2.69, there were lines at the pumps. On the way back to work I saw $2.79, lines there too. A friend I talked to said 2.89 in Alpahretta (northern suburb) and there were lines there as well.
