Welcome to The Hobbit Hole!
Sand and Stone and Pool and Dell...
New verse:
Upon the hearth the fire is red, Beneath the roof there is a bed; But not yet weary are our feet, Still round the corner we may meet A sudden tree or standing stone That none have seen but we alone. Tree and flower and leaf and grass, Let them pass! Let them pass! Hill and water under sky, Pass them by! Pass them by! |
|
|
Still round the corner there may wait A new road or a secret gate, And though we pass them by today, Tomorrow we may come this way And take the hidden paths that run Towards the Moon or to the Sun. Apple, thorn, and nut and sloe, Let them go! Let them go! Sand and stone and pool and dell, Fare you well! Fare you well! |
|
Home is behind, the world ahead, And there are many paths to tread Through shadows to the edge of night, Until the stars are all alight. Then world behind and home ahead, Well wander back to home and bed. Mist and twilight, cloud and shade, Away shall fade! Away shall fade! Fire and lamp, and meat and bread, And then to bed! And then to bed! |

MS MovieMaker to edit, Sonic DigitaMedia to engrave the things
To: ExGeeEye
Cool... so, do you use MovieMaker to cut out commercials and prep the file, and then DigitaMedia to actually burn the files to DVD?

That's Digita
lMedia (my typo) and that's the name of the shortcut...not necessarily the name of the prog
tired!
The sound/picture sync goes all screwy after about 15 mins so I've been taking 'em in 10 min chunx, then stitching 'em back and trimming the ends in MovieMaker.
I'm pretty close to crashing right now.

Well posted, too. I believe I'm outta here as well.
Nite nite all. :-)

It's short. And sound/pic sync weren't an issue with that level of animation :) I think what really fragged the drive was about 1.5 hours on Desert Storm. Did a major defrag after the first burn attempt went sideways. Second try werked.

*yawn* ('scuse!) ain't no stupid questions but the ones ya ain't asked :)

The sound/picture sync goes all screwy after about 15 mins I use DVD MovieFactory 2SE from Ulead Software. It has its own issues, but not that one.
Over the past two days I've burned 5 DVDs full of TV episodes sans commercials, with the only problem being an occasional crash of the program.

Camping fell far short of the standard of living at which Sadie likes to be kept. The gravel rocks hurt her feet. She needs what Baddy's wearing here:

That looks like on happy dog to me.
Here's a picture of Baddy and SSG Zeb H, a zoomie who works on the ground.

Baddy can't write email well while wearing those booties, so here's a quick word from SSG Zeb:
---------
I will send out some pictures of me and my dog here in th next few days. Our internet and emails were down for the last 3 days due to some injuries from the AIF or Anti-Iraqi Forces which they caused us here. Everyone who was injured is doing fine and our connection is back up! Thanx for your considerations and for the BK2 knife.
We do whatever is needed of us here and was on a short notice mission with the Army here last nite. My dog almost had the chance to bite a fleeing Iraqi but the gunner in the Turret drew down on him and told him to get down. We in the Air Force rarely get the chance to work with other branches but here we have been doing it now for 3 months. Its been a great opportunity and have been doing great with it!! I better get going here. Hope all is well in states. Talk to you again!

Good morning!
I've been up since 4:30am...couldn't sleep. So I got up and fixed Steve breakfast...fried eggs and flaxseed pancakes with black coffee.

Cool booties... I know if I put those on either of our dogs they would lie down as if they were incapable of walking in them.
Good morning everyone!
