Well Gretta has ratings to prove someone watches.
I think these shows serve a purpose, although it seems to me that the time slot is sort of wasted on Gretta and her Missing of the Month gang.
If I had a kid missing I'd be pounding on Gretta's door 24/7 to get the story on the air.
That being said:
I'd like to see a new channel for that, similar to Court TV where you could tune in when there was news and free up the Gretta slot for some more in depth analysis of critical issues.

According to reports, it appeared to be an organized hit involving two cars.
Nuevo Laredo, just cross the border from the United States, has become one of the most dangerous cities in the world. Rival drug cartels have turned the city into a war zone as they battle for control of the lucrative illegal drug market in the U.S.

Greta goes on --- I go to the weather channel. If it is not a Holloway, it will be someone else. I can't take it.
When Sean brings it up--I tune out.
I wonder if Brit would consider being on 24/7. I even miss him when he is not on on Fridays. 4 days a week is not enough!
