TEAM TILLMAN

MISSION

To help the Pat Tillman Foundation secure Pat's passionate legacy of action by raising awareness and funds for the Leadership Through Action Program.

THE GAME PLAN:

First identify franchise players on sports teams who will pledge a dollar amount for their achievements on the field, ice or court. For example, a quarterback might pledge for his touchdown passes. A hockey goalie could pledge for each save. A soccer player could pledge for her goals.

Second, we are asking teams and community sponsors to support Team Tillman by matching the player's contributions.

THE 12TH MAN:

Fans can join Team Tillman by pledging a donation for their favorite athlete's accomplishments. Follow the 12th Man link below to make your pledge.

While Ms. Sheehan emitts nothing but hot air and hatred over in Crawford, TX, the real heroes are out raising money and aid to help young people and thus honoring another fallen hero. Too bad Ms. Sheehan couldn't honor her son's name with good deeds!

When I was going to USC, Ronnie Lott lived right across the hall from me in the dorms. Even as a 18 year-old Freshman who was All-World Everything in High School, he was a Class Act.

He's still a Class Act.

Great job, Ronnie!

I merely passed it on from email, found it at the website to "pretty it up." :)

BTW: His website has Pat Tillman #40 Never Forget red wristbands... FREE. All you have to do is write them and ask. I asked for 4, they sent me 12. Do you have one yet? I have extras and won't throw them out or sell them.

No, didn't get a wrist band. Decided to pay tribute with a web page, for whatever that's worth. I hope it directs a few people to his foundation site.
