How to resize your pictures:
Post the picture as normal - and before the closing > type in these words:
height=xxx width=yyy
Where xxx and yyy = some number. I usually start with 200 and 200 and preview to see how it needs to be tweaked.
Try it. ALWAYS PREVIEW!!
