These stunning cities of the past stand as clues to a mystery thousands of years old. While Europe was in the dark ages, it was the Maya who harnessed the knowledge of the stars, and the celestial movements, to create a mystical union of man, nature and the gods. It was a world of great kings, elaborate ceremonies, fierce battles, and even human sacrifice.
18 Survivors will be marooned within this mysterious and rugged terrain.
For the first time, the castaways will actually live within the ruins of a vanished civilization, and they will be forced to embrace the ancient Maya lifestyle.

Bye, Jim.
now onto Howlin's live thread....
Maybe they really are twins (!) They're are two other survivors who have twins ... Hm.
And he led them out of the jungle!
Treacherous bunch! LOL!
LOL.....but he was injured and would be useless...where have you been?
Immunity Challenge Winner: Yaxha ~yep
Tribal Council Bootee: Jim ~ yep.
100% right out of the chute. The winner and still champ. CUZ!
(Please don't puke on us)
Opps, guess I missed that scene! LOL!
Catch ya'll next week!
He was going to be stove up for a long time.
Blake might be too. Infection can hit you out of no where in the jungle and they may have a nurse but unless she is a herbalist as well she won't be able to help much.
It's good for you to be hooked. :) Why I dont' know but I'm going to say it's good for you.
Thanks for the catch up!
Thanks sweetie! Darn it, I missed the premiere. Was out with soccer practice tonight with my boys. Forgot to Tivo.
How was the show? Any real jerks yet?
I am seriously psyched for AI to start. My hubbies Co.'s software was used to design the AI sets for this season. Pretty cool huh?
No kidding, you're from Decatur? Cool. I am originally from the Quad Cities. Go through Decatur all the time on our way to our yearly summer trip to Geneva. Love it there!
VERY cool! I'm impressed :)
I don't know about jerks yet, but there were plenty of sick folk. I've never seen so much puke!
(Ask "cuz_it_aint_their_money" if you'd like to be on the Survivor ping list. This looks like a good season!)
Computer and TV need to be in the same room. Snacks must be close at hand and drinks should be in sippy cups.
Keep a trash can close to hand in case of "sympathy puking".
May I please be added to the Survivor ping list? Much appreciated.
I agree! But being in a hotel made it hard tonight.
Next week I'll be posting screen caps.
Lol on the trash can!
You would think that by this time people would know that you need water to function properly.
Take the water and chug-chug-chug my friends!
Sometimes watching Survivor makes me wonder how we ever advanced past the caves.
I know it's a long shot, but I am rooting for Stephanie. Ok. And Gary.
Puk'n is the first stage of bad water. Wait till next weeks show!!!
You like Decatur....where ever you are, I'll trade you...
