WELCOME EVERYONE
This week we are going to Watkins Glen International Raceway in New York. Please join us for a full weekend of racing.
Watkins Glen International continues a road-racing tradition that dates back to 1948 -- when sports cars competed on the streets of the village at the southern tip of scenic Lake Seneca. The circuit, which at one time hosted the F1 United States Grand Prix, has grown to become one of the most respected facilities in the northeast.

This was posted under the General/Chat forum. Is this where the racing threads will be located now? It may or may not get bumped up the FR food chain this weekend. Link it to your Favorites tool bar in FireFox...

Thanks. I usually wait until I spot the thread in "News/Activism latest posts." Rarely do I go into the General/Chat forum so was surprised to see the thread there.
Even though I don't post very often on the Nascar threads I do enjoy reading them while the race is going on. I get the best racing news and analysis from fellow Nascar fans who post here.

This was posted under the General/Chat forum. Is this where the racing threads will be located now?We were cool until Brad's Gramma decided that Jim's lawn furniture looked cool in Jim's pool, and Eaker's last exclamation of "Run Dude, the fuse's lit!!"
The kicker was some silly Nascar fan hollerin "Go FAST, Turn LEFT" that sealed the deal. Sheesh. Banished to chat. Aw, what the hey... there's worse fates.

You are there. It's a pretty low volume list... maybe averages 3 pings per week. One for the thread, one for the start of the cup race, and one for silly season breaking news. Welcome.

No. and Yes. what usually happens is dependent on the AMs and whether they dump it into chat or not, some do, some don't.
We will have it in the News forum come racetime or shortly before come raceday. A Ping will also be sent out right before pre-show.
