Report: Owens leaves Eagles camp

There are reports this afternoon that wide receiver Terrell Owens exchanged words with Head Coach Andy Reid at a team meeting and was asked to leave.
Owens then got his belongings and cleared out of Eagles training camp at Lehigh University, according to one television report.
The Inquirer will update and confirm this information as soon as possible.

You are 100% correct. These loud mouths are featured on nearly airing of Sports Center. They should rename it the ESPN T.O. Update or the ESPN Barry SteroidBonds Update. When they show highlights as Sports Center is coming on, they show all the different sports, players doing things, and right in there is Bonds, who has not been in a game all year. Old runnings of his at bats. That guy that follows Bonds around like a puppy, his mouth piece on ESPN, makes me sick.

LOL, you really have been out of the loop. The Raiders traded for Randy Moss last year.
You have my condolences. :-)

Trade him to the Raiders. My Browns will take him!

"Umm... Sorry. But I'd take him on my fantasy team any day of the week. "
Me too, but picking #6 in a 10-team league means I won't be even looking at him now, unless he's available in the 3rd round.
But yeah - anyone who thinks he's over-rated or not talented is out of their minds.

This guy should just get expelled from the NFL entirely. At some point, players have to held accountable for their actions, just like any other profession.
To: Owl_Eagle
No problem..
Our Eagles can and WILL do it without that idiot
We knew it wouldn't last...the guy is a loose cannon.

I can't believe my Raiders got Randy Moss. I can't stand that guy! It is a shame the two most talented recievers to come to the NFL in the last 10 years are complete head cases who will never be half the reciever Jerry Rice was.
To: Owl_Eagle
good riddance. id rather win without him. at least if we win, we win with dignity. TO is a joke, i dont care how good he is.

Umm... Sorry. But I'd take him on my fantasy team any day of the week. He may be a loudmouth and a jackass, but the guy's got skills.
And that's where he is at his best -- on a fantasy team where his insufferable a$$hole-ness doesn't piss off teammates and coaches or sew division and wreck team chemistry. Or teach kids that being an a$$hole is cool.
So what's not to like, huh? Yeah, he's the best. To Hell with his "skills" -- for God's sakes he's starting to make Dennis Rodman look good!

Our Eagles can and WILL do it without that idiot Yes and it even makes my prediction of a 10-way tie at 7-9 for all the playoff spots in the NFC seem more realistic.
To: Always Right
10-way tie at 7-9
Is that suppose to be funny?

Mariucci didn't coach the 49ers last year. If you want to point the finger why he left the team, you need to go to the owners, the DeBartolo sister and her idiot husband who has dismantled the team with their tightwad pay.
To: cweese
Better yet, trade him to the Marines. Maybe they can straighten his *** out.

I think it's serious, but we know it can't happen because the Carolina Panthers are going 12-4 to win the NFC hands down.
To: Owl_Eagle
Mr. Owens: Goodbye, good riddance and don't let the door hit you in the backside on the way out.
Why any team puts up with cry baby, overpaid, underworked sports figures is beyond me.
To: PaulaB
You are so right! Although when he was hurt he made a good cheer leader! LOL! Unfortunately I'm looking at a really tough season this year TO or no TO!
