Thanks for the post! I'll go to FoodTV and look for the recipes. We used to watch Emeril all the time, when we had cable.

Emeril is hard to take. He talks like everyone in the world is 11 years old and says the same thing over and over till you want to throw something at the TV. I used to watch till the commercials took over the programming.

For my money, you just can't beat Alton Brown and "Good Eats".

Hey, and just for what it's worth, everyone know that Mark Summers guy, the host of Unwrapped?  Well, a bigger liberal d-bag you'll never find.  Called up Sean Hannity a couple of years ago and sounded like Al Franken.

The gf and I just got back from New Orleans, where we dined several times at Emerils NOLA. What a treat, all the food is fantastic, the service is great.

I love watching Emeril. Once he took a thick pork chop, slit it, stuffed it with sausage, and then tied the bundle up with bacon. Take that, health nazis!

We always go to his restaurant at Universal Studios in Orlando when we are in that area. Once this fat couple were at the next table and they complained about everything. Meanwhile, we were sitting there having food-gasms. We usually don't need to eat for about 36 hours after a visit to Emeril's.
