Say, this big chicken weighs exactly 4.5 lbs. I'm cooking it at 275 degrees. How long, you think?
It is pretty hot here too. I don't feel like doing anything outside. :P Might hit homedespot later and get some boards to make my new swing arms look nicer.

Hmmm. When I'm doing an oven stuffer roaster that weighs 6-7 pounds, I usually do 2 1/2 hrs. at 325, so I'd say at least that long for the smaller chicken if you're only doing 275.
SSQ found a place that's selling inventory from a former pharmaceuticals place. He got some great flourescent light fixtures for the garage/basement workshop. He also got some really good air filters for the whole house filtration system we want to do.

I'm settled in for the evening. Got some liquid medication at hand. Got some Star Wars in the DVD player.
Was a gorgeous day today. Got some good quality time on the beach.
Had a nasty morning though... went back on the clock for a conference call meeting that lasted over 4 hours. Worst of it was that the only bullet on the agenda I was interested in was at the end, and there was some important stuff I needed to ask questions about. Then... just as they were coming to that point-- Bang... everybody bailed out and the meeting ended. They didn't even get to my part of the meeting!! Arrggghh...
But I'm recovering from it now. :-)

What crap! The stupidity that occurs during meetings is completely unique to any other stupidity on earth.
But I am glad that you did get some beach time in.
And watch the liquid medication if you are taking pain killers please.

I haven't even cracked the Percoset (Oxycodone) bottle yet. Just don't seem to need it. I'm not even really sure why the doc prescribed it, other than he felt so sorry for what he did to me in his office. :-)
