Oh yeah, I just thought of another one that really makes me crazy ~ women putting on their make-up while driving (topped, of course, by women putting on their make-up, talking on their cell phones, eating a breakfast burrito and sipping a 32 oz latte while driving.)

Why do Pennsy drivers not get the whole slower traffic keep right thing?
Your question answers itself, in PA, slower traffic can appear in any lane. It's anarchy, just like you Jersey folks with those damned circles that frighten us so.

I had a secretary many years ago who used to do that. So, we bought her a bumper sticker that read,
"CAUTION: DRIVER APPLYING MAKE-UP!"
It was really hilarious when her father bought the car from her and was driving it around town with the bumper sticker still there.
