Good grief, marvin kalb is a flaming liberal, why does FNC need another one. They have Juan Williams and Mara Liason.

Yes. And they also hired Weaseley Clark as a military commentator!
To: Miss Marple
They're just being "fair and balanced" with Clark: I said the other day he is to balance out the sane commentators who don't have invisible friends, don't read invisible memos, etc. LOL!

The mural is progressing, it's an ongoing project. I'm doing a vineyard at the moment. It's funny...when one is used to doing 16" x 20" canvases or 3' x 5' cancases then progresses to a panel that is 12' x 8' the dimensions are so different. I climb the ladder, do some painting, climb down the ladder and go on or paint out what I've done and redo. It's fun. The Brazos river and county roads will continue throughout the walls. At the ranch, the Brazos is our east boundry and I go down there to see what color the river is at that moment in time, then come home and try to make my river look similar to it.

A lot of military who have worked with and for clark have the same opinion as you Miss M. He is an opportunist, cagey and crafty.

We finally got some rain north of Leesburg! Nearly an inch of the blessed stuff!
My physical therapist nearly got all of the feeling back into my toes last evening, and then he put me on my belly and worked on my spine...and the numbness started to come back. He admitted that he got greedy and pushed too hard. The good news is that there is noticeable improvement in the flexibility along my lower spine and it shows in the bending. He cleared me to limited cycling this weekend, but at least two more weeks before I can restart Tae Kwon Do.
Have a great weekend, everyone! Four days for us!

The mural sounds incredible. I used to dabble in pencil with a little bit of success. Then moved to water color. Struggled with that for years. Finally gave up and started collecting fabric looking towards the day when I take up quilting because I can't garden anymore.

I made a breakthrough last evening. I got a LINUX package on Ebay and tried to load it on my old computer. It would boot from the CD and run great, but when I installed it, it would fail. I finally ran memory tests and got a slew of errors on Tuesday night. Last night I popped the cover and experimented with the two memory sticks. The 256 meg one was fine but the errors were in the 512 meg one (figures!). I removed the 512 meg stick and reinstalled the LINUX package and it runs beautifully!
This package even includes "Open Office" and the total cost was $10.94! It is impressive!
Anyone want a deal on a 512 meg memory stick with an attitude?

While I don't understand all that tech stuff, I do understand that you got one more good deal! My daughter got a perfectly good printer for $20. at eBay. So far, I just lurk there.
