Prolly. But back then I liked the bad boys, you know. I was a terrible head case. I'm sorry to hear that, for your sake. That deal is its own punishment.

My best date might have been the same one I used yesterday for worst date. It may have been the end of the relationship but it sure was fun.

"That dress would look awfully nice on the floor next to my bed...""I saw a guy in a bar with a big belt buckle on. A girl asked him about it, and he said,"It doubles as a forehead rest, wanna try?". She didn't get it!
Her stupidity was even funnier than his comment.

I'm female - I thought the "Wanna Firetruck" thing would work pretty well.

I like the tattoo on the biker chick's head that read "Let go of my ears, I know what I'm doing."

I thought the "Wanna Firetruck" thing would work pretty well. Oh yeah? YOU try it on a half a dozen women and let us know how it turns out! =]
Got to have a level playing field, you know.

So did you wind up with a nice guy, or a bad boy?

I always kind of liked this classic: "That dress would look awfully nice on the floor next to my bed..."
Reminds me of a "King of Queens" episode:
Richie: "You know what would be amazing? Your dress on the floor next to my bed."
Carrie [sarcastically]: "You're right, that WOULD be amazing!"

Best date was spontaneous. The lady in question and I met in a Belgian restaurant for a few beers the night before my Christmas vacation, 2003.
We discussed poetry. I had a book of T.S. Eliot with me that she and I had purchased together in my briefcase. I offered to read it to her. She was surprised I had it with me. I told her I kept it with me always.
As I took out the book to show it to her, she grabbed me, in the middle of this rather crowded restaurant, and kissed me full on the lips for what seemed like a beautiful eternity.
Having to turn from that moment, and leave it in the dust, for reasons which I shan't describe here, is a path to the Dark Side.
Regards, Ivan

I like the tattoo on the biker chick's head that read "Let go of my ears, I know what I'm doing." Luckily my hair covers it most of the time.
I thought you said you could keep a secret!
