Still round the corner there may wait |

Home is behind, the world ahead, |
Well, fer what I'm thinkin' of, you'll need a partner...
Where's the stick smilie when you need 'im?
Square dancing?
That takes four and a caller. Seems a bit kinky.
Waltzing, then?
I hope you never lose your sense of wonder
You get your fill to eat
But always keep that hunger
May you never take one single breath for granted
God forbid love ever leave you empty handed
I hope you still feel small
When you stand by the ocean
Whenever one door closes, I hope one more opens
Promise me you'll give faith a fighting chance
And when you get the choice to sit it out or dance
I hope you dance
I hope you dance
No dice on getting my car to run. Time to get it towed to a shop.
Oh, dear... no fun. Any clue what happened?
Nope. If I did I would have fixed it myself :P
We've been having a movie day.
Earlier, we watched "Bruce Almighty"
Now we are watching Rambo.
Heh... cars are a weakness of mine... I know when they're not doing what they're supposed to do, but that's it. I feel fairly helpless around mechanics.
They've got you right where they want you. ;~D
The Hobbit Hole,
First I would like to say thank you for the support that you have shown to the Infantry troops. The practicality of the gift packages is by far that of the most sense anything has made to me since I've been in this country. I wish I could take a picture of every Joe's face when they receive your package. I would have to say that, hands down, it is the highlight of their deployment.
I am sure you have heard from quite a few Bravo Company 3-156INF soldiers. My stories are the same as theirs: We've detained multiple "bad guys", kicked in doors, searched lots of houses, been shot at(small arms & sniper), received blasts from IED's, had RPG's fired at us, killed Iraqi's(civilian & terrorists), lost friends on the battlefield, and have friends recovering in hospitals. All of our stories are the same because we've been through it together. When my guys receive their packages from you, it seems as though all the troubles in the world are gone, their faces light up like kids on Christmas Day. It is completely spectacular how you make them feel. And of course like all Infantrymen, they have to show their new "toys" off to each other, and explain, in detail, how they are going to use it.
Thank you for what you have done for my troops.
Thanks again, winmag!
Heh... it's why I love walking into Best Buy or something, watching the salesguys converge on poor lil old me and then watch their heads spin when I actually know what I'm talking about.
When it comes to cars, though - well, that's why I have a nice warranty.
Here's some funnies for those of you in cubicle-land: http://funny2.com/insanity.htm
Thick, juicy hamburgers and cheeseburgers.
All in all a nice day: Shootin' in the morning, grilling in the afternoon, and after a short nap, racin' in the evening.
Here's a weird game... its cheap, and you won't get heat stroke.

Mmmm. Blueberries. I had some with some yogurt for breakfast this morning.
