Yeah, those who participated would consider them good! Buncha old farts who still refuse to grow up. It's embarassing to behold.

That's not the Puf-n-stuf tune!?

No, it's not.

I bet you liked the show because it featured a lady pilot. Come on...didn't you think the Vroom Broom was cool?

I had no interest in being a pilot until my 30s - late bloomer. Now - I can't get enuf of the stuff.

I KNOW!! "mild by today's standards".

There was that movie; about a Catholic Nun getting 'raped" by a priest. That annoyed me no end.. and then to see all the Catholic bashing ensue in "the arena of politics". Can't immediately think of the name of it.

Now how could any of us forget... THE EXORCIST.. THE OMEN (1, 2, and I think 3?) American Graffiti (my foot was in that).

Question? Is all this 70s hoopla to be blamed on disco (Oh lordy, I had a problem with that unbuttoned to the naval, gold chain look on men... back then; it tended to gather globs of tofu and hummus).

Yes, I was there... in SF... FERN BARS. White wine and brie. Organic canapes. Soy beans. Dehydrated everything. Trail mix. CAROB! Bars were fun before then...

and dare I say it here?.... "The Toxic Shock Syndrome". "OB, for the women on the go". "Uppity Women Unite" buttons... no pesticides for the garden.. your own composting.. "My Body, My Self"... "stuff for the small planet... raised bed gardening.. And ya just had to have an "I support Public Broadcasting" sticker on your car. "Be Here Now". Baghavad Vita. Paul Horn. George Harrison in his "latest" "apple scruffs"... Motobecanes... anti-Anita Bryant stickers... "Your Astral Projection"... Teacher guided "role playing" with pillows during class...

And YES! I did pick up 3 extra credits in my highschool for "tanning".

"I Like Dreamin'"

Written and sung by Kenny Nolan. Hey, don't give the guy too hard a time ... he also composed Lady Marmalade, nothing cooler than LaBelle singing, "Voulez-vous couchez avec moi ce soir."

"Celebrity" serial killers.

There hasn't been a famous mass murderer in years and this is a good thing.

The DC Sniper Duo were terrorists and they are known as Malvo and the other guy.

Food doesn't have to be "good" to be memorable. Just different.
