Whoa! Hang on...........we HAD a lime green Pinto. It was such a novelty back then that we didn't think how utterly outrageous it was till' years later! LOLOLOL I don't know if I've got you beat, but our family car was a bright (very bright) orange 1977 VW bus with a white top. It had something like 70 HP and a top speed of 75 mph on level ground.
