I thought disco was 80s. In the 70s we were too stoned to dance. It took all we had to make room on the couch during Saturday Night Live.

No. You mighta been too stoned to remember. But Punk Rock & New Wave drove a stake thru Disco's heart in the late seventies/early eighties. ;o)

Disco was 1975 (The Hustle) through the early 80s. I was there and remember it quite well! :-) The height was probably 77-79.
