I would like to ask for prayers as I work through a difficult time.
The early part of this year was very slow for me. Primarily I take responsibility because I allowed certain personal problems to drag me down.
In response, my compensation package was changed and my advances were ended. I have since remedied the situation, but am still struggling. I have already had one pay period where I went unpaid. I do not have the type of job where it is likely to earn commissions every 2 weeks by the nature of the industry. It looks like I will have at least one more unpaid period in the near future.
I am praying for guidance and relief. I am looking at other jobs right now with more stable income, and pray for help in the search. In the interim I also pray for more stable production. Finally, I pray my current employer, who recognizes the drastic change in performance, returns me to at least a reduced version of the prior pay structure.
