That was my first though, but there most likely would not be one right in the middle of houses with them that close. Judjing by the size of the average house and the street size that would have to be about a 2 million gallon elevated storage tank and the outer support legs for one that size would mean that the legs are in peoples yards.
So I'm gonna have to go with a "weather ballon" from New Mexico cirra mid-1940's if Ya know what I mean.
If you go up 6 clicks and right 4 clicks with the zoom at max you will see a white water tower casting a shadow.
I'm thinking the object in question is probly a fleck of space dust on the lens.

You can find a plane in mid-flight just west of Wichita, KS
Check out the White Sands National preserve in NM. If you zoom in all the way on some of the purest sands it's quite an image.
