Boychild just came home with a certificate of outstanding achievement from work (Wallyworld), a small promotion & a decent pay raise. He's the first one from his group of employees (they all started right around Christmas time) to earn all this. I told him it's all that Army training; well, and him being him.;^)

I'm proud.

Emchild worked a 9 hour shift today (let me savor those words for a moment...............)

....ahhhhhhhh............

....including a couple of extra, because someone had to leave early. She's trying hard to make a good impression so she can move up whatever ladder there may be to move up at the bagel shop.:)

Older boychild conintues to excel at work AND just started ballroom dancing lessons.:)

We have what is collectively known as the worst BK Lounge in town right up the street. I've ordered burgers from there at the drive through and gotten them half frozen.

As for MickeyD's, I still like to get breakfast from there every few months, but their burgers are the worst.
