What difference would that make? If someone is called a liar on the basis that the person has lied, isn't that merely accuracy?
And regardless, since you don't know what transpired, so what?
Remember, "another FReeper" might support the defeat of Sonny Perdue, the defeat of Rick Santorum or Jeb Bush in a presidential election, the legalization of heroin and prostitution, or the KLA...and I have seen FReepers lie through their teeth about everything from their purported military service to their identities.
Why do you keep baiting her? What's the point of this?
Hiya Onyx
Another fun day in the neighborhood huh?
Yes it is, and you wouldn't know it, if it jumped up and bit you in the ass. Bottom line is this: When someone lies, and they get called a liar, that is not calling names. It is the truth, and, as you say, it is a virtue.
Nice try though. As long as divisive, master baiters such as yourself are allowed to continue at FR, FR will continue to be marginalized more and more as people that are better, smarter, and have more to offer than you are pushed out the door...
But hey, enjoy the cesspool you helped create.
Well, I wish either of the Bush's had stepped up and said that this law is wrong and must be rewritten. It is wrong to order the death of an innocent and helpless person and this must be stopped.
I think an executive decision in this case holds just as much water as a judicial opinion. The branches have equal powers and both (or all three including the legislative branch) are entrusted with defending the constitution and our rights. The very worst thing that would've happened is Terri may have been permitted to live long enough to allow the legislators to try to get it right. And, of course, if the people thought the executive abused his power then he might be subject to impeachment. That's the way the founders set up the system.
Why is he leaving??
I said in at least three other posts that what she said was NOT THE TRUTH.
If you choose to defend lies, that's your problem.
Where'd you get the idea that I thought it was?
The WPPPPFFFT! manifesto stated plainly that the rest of FR wasn't worth participating in. If that isn't "splitting" off, I don't know what would be.
The people on those threads sure do think it is -- and, unless I'm mistaken, you were on them.
I have no problem with religion, jsut those that wear it on their sleves like a badge pushing it into people's faces.
The terri thing was personal for lots of folk, fine, some of us realized that the shameless whoring of her situation by hungry for votes from the religious right congressmen was disgusting.
There WAS a certain green eyed blond..LOL
They are still posting here! ;)

I am so happy to hear you say that. Not that I ever doubted your veracity....just that I am happy to hear it.
The question I have is:
how is it possible to err, when we choose life?
I guess you don't have the guts to say that to my face, do you?
YES!!! Thank you, I've been racking my brain for weeks trying to remember his name.
IMHO, the worst thing you could do at FR is get involved in anything other than reading and commenting on the news.
oh woe is me. Now I must be charismatic and charming to freepers who call me names. that's new.
