Two topics this week for the kitty thread.
Topic number one is local and involves the “GOP Led” Texas Legislature. They raised the sales tax and started a payroll (fancy form of income) tax with ease. Getting them to reduce the home appraisal caps (used to calculate property taxes) from the current 10% is like pulling teeth. Perhaps “RINO Led” Texas Legislature is more appropriate. Our kitties disapprove of the performance of the 79th Texas Legislature (or should we re-name it Taxes Legislature).
