I used to watch the Simpsons though, until I discovered South Park :)

I agree. News Radio (with Phil) and the Carol Burrnet show were funny. Most of the rest were mildly amusing at best and a lot of them were just snarky not funny.

putting Bob Newhart's "lodge" show above his "shrink" show is a travesty!The best episode in the "lodge" show was the final scene when Newhart emerges from the dream, next to Suzanne Pleshette and says "what a terrible dream."

Yeah, I agree, Benny Hill was top.
They left out Hee Haw, though admittedly that one was much funnier if you drank beer while watching it.
