'WKRP' is missing from the list.
'Moonlighting' was technically not a comedy, but was usually very funny. Funnier than Bossom Buddies

NewsRadio" (save for the final season) was the single greatest American comedy ever on TV. It certainly should have been on the list. I also thought WKRP was missing too.
It appears that radio stations make for good comedy.

Seinfeld at number one? When it was good it was good. But many of the episodes were just plain silly and you could see the plot twists coming 10 miles away.
