"You started it....you invaded Poland!"
Basil the Rat was the funniest IMHO....I laughed myself sore...
Thanks for the memory! lol I have that on tape ----somewhere from "The Tonight Show's" 20th Anneversary, along with Ed Ames....
bump
What about the show SOAP?
Never watched SOAP. I think it was chick TV, but I'm just guessing.
SGT BILKO.
Laurel and Hardy
Never got the hang of "Seinfeld"
Where's "Taxi"?
Jack.
I like that one episode of Three's Company, where Janet overhears Chrissy and Jack talking, misunderstands the topic, and thinks they are sleeping together.
Or when Jack overhears Janet & Chrissy and thinks they are sleeping together....
See, I like Seinfeld. I'm a New Yorker, and have that wry, F.U. kind of sense of humor that they have.
There was this one episode where Chrissy overhears Jack and Janet talking, and thinks they are sleeping together. That was the best!
I liked the one where Mr. Roper overhears Janet and Mrs. Roper, that took the cake...
'WKRP' is missing from the list.
'Moonlighting' was technically not a comedy, but was usually very funny. Funnier than Bossom Buddies
It certainly should have been on the list. I also thought WKRP was missing too.
It appears that radio stations make for good comedy.
Seinfeld at number one? When it was good it was good. But many of the episodes were just plain silly and you could see the plot twists coming 10 miles away.
The best part about Three's Company, was there was such a wide variety of plots.
Fernwood Tonight
For several years I thought Rosanne was one of the best written shows on TV. But it ran out of gas quickly.
That's okay. That response is like a silk shirt. It goes over well in just about every situation.
