I own a clay CD, too. I thought it was a tough competition, and both are quite talented. Their styles were very different, though.
In the end, Reuben won w/ the R&B vote. There just weren't as many Adult Contemporary voters watching.
Clay sold more cd's though.
Now don't get me started on Fantasia! How the hell did she pull it off? That chick has no talent whatsoever -- and she's not even cute.

Same here.
Howlin was there the night of the live thread in Season 2.
There was quite a hue and cry.
But we soon realized that album sales would prove who ~really~ won.
And they did. :-D

I started watching this year during the tryouts and told myself I would only watch those cause they were do darn funny.Tomorrow night they are running an AI special -- it's all the goofs and weirdos who tried out around the world. That stuff is so funny to watch.
