The sixth and final Star Wars movie may not be suitable for young children, film-maker George Lucas has said. He told US TV show 60 Minutes that Revenge of the Sith would be the darkest and most violent of the series.
"I don't think I would take a five or six-year-old to this," he told the CBS programme, to be aired on Sunday.
Lucas predicted the film would get a US rating advising parents some scenes may be unsuitable for under-13s. It opens in the UK and US on 19 May.

If this one is anything like the last three, it will not be for adults either (what horrible acting/scripts).

We're going in my house!!! My kids are 8 and 10, and they don't have a problem with the Lord of the Rings movies.
As long as there isn't cussing, I'm okay with the violence. Unfortunately, I think the bad guys will win in this movie.

But I'll still pay to watch Natalie Portmando what?

I hope you and your kids have a wonderful time. There won't ever be any cussing in the star wars universe. Han Solo says the only curse words in it, and thats only once in the first movie, and once in empire strikes back.
The bad guys do win. And you may want to know to expect a pretty wicked sight when they finish the fight on the lava planet.

I think you mean Jar Jar Binks. I hope he dies, too.If this were real life, Jar Jar Binks would survive, and his influence would spread throughout the known universe.

From the site poll: "I'm a Lucas-loving sissy boy, and I think Jar Jar is just fine. He can be my Senator anytime."
I'm from California, and I'd take Jar Jar over Barbara Boxer any day.

Mrs. Lurkin was snoring - actually snoring -- during Episode One.
Fortunately the sound volume in theaters has been at 10 plus since circa 1970.

I've seen the commercial that's being hyped on FOX, not sure if it's the same as the movie theater trailer. It does look pretty dark, esp. the part where you see Anakin glaring down at someone off screen. I still don't have much hope that the quality of acting will be any better, but at least the overall movie will probably be more palatable than Episode 1.
