	Prayer Requested by A CA Guy... If I may add a prayer request for some neighbors of my sisters. That the murderer of a great grandma of 86 with a hammer is caught. It was in the news throughout California this week end also. They mentioned that a family member found the old lady, true, but it was her little great grand daughter who found the body after coming home from school. My little niece is friends with the little girl and the blow to the little girl can't be described in words. How horrible that a child had to witness a such a sight.

Sounds like the Gramma must have been a special person to the child.

May God rest the soul of a woman who did not deserve to end life in horror.

May God's love and blessings diminish the memories this child will have throughout her life. No Memory of it would be a good thing.

Keep us updated if they catch the creep who did this.

It was horrible. The neighbor saw the young child walking home from school just after 3:30pm, then an hour later the same neighbor found yellow tape for a murder scene up in the house behind him.

He was told the old woman was killed with a hammer.
That there was no forced entry and she was killed.

I figure she knew them and could identify them. I mean, if you are a robber, why not at worst just knock the old lady out, steal the a truck and good and then just leave?

No death makes sense, but one of an 86 year old that couldn't really defend herself is really odd IMO if she didn't personally know the criminal.

IMO, whoever did this had been to the house before as some acquaintance or something. I think she knew who it was and they felt at that point to kill her was needed.

All of the above is my opinion, I have no clue what the police have figured out yet.

The little girl walking into a house with a dead great grandma who was hammered to death is like walking into hell.

I have no words for how bad I especially feel for the child.

The neighbor on my sister's block that I talked to is a life long friend. He would speak Italian to her and she would speak Spanish back and they would kind of communicate.

He grew cherry tomatoes in his home garden for the old woman at her request.

The person that did this was a total beast.
