FReeper Prayer Warriors Your prayers are coveted!! Please keep this situation in your prayers. A FReeper who wishes to remain anonymous has some serious attacks on their character happening in the courts. The prayer needs are as follows: -God's presence be felt in the court. Though we wont know the identity of the FReeper the Freeper's heart is known by God please keep the hearts desires of the FReeper before the throne!

I didn't send out the freepmails...and the freeper who sent those out didn't mean to send it out 7 times...she kept getting error messages, and didn't realize it had gone out.
I'm sorry I can't give out more information than what is already here. The freeper who needs prayer is facing very serious charges which involve the children of the marriage and the ex. This person needs sound advice from an attorney that can be trusted...so far there has been lies and deceipt. If you feel you can help with the advice part...please contact ~EagleNebula~ by freepmail...she can help put you in touch with the freeper who needs the advice, and please forgive the intrusion to your freepmail...she really didn't mean to send that out that many times.
Blessings

I just heard from the freeper who this thread is about...
...freeper says thanks for all the prayers!
Also...to let you all know this situation comes to a head on Tuesday, the 15th. Thank you for continuing to pray!
prayers en route for justice.
I just caught up with this situation, and finally read my 4 Freep mails. May God be with the unknown Freeper, and since it was supposed to come to a head on Tuesday, what happened?
Not last tuesday...next Tuesday! :)
Sorry for the extra freepmails...she got error messages every time she sent the freepmail, and she is trying to find a trustworthy attorney for her friends...and she trusts freepers!
Thank you for the prayers.
Hugs and Blessings
Tracy

If this is diviorce/custody case, good luck since these things don't go well.
Best advice...documentation, anything and everything. If it's on paper, bring it to court.
I just read the freepmail. If this is a divorce/custody case, be assured that it is common to hear stories about the evil spouse and even Grand Juries proably have heard the same story, different people.
The best thing our freeper friend can do is find a lawyer to represent him/her and see if they can delay the Grand Jury hearing until they can get some additional facts. If he/she can't find someone, then the best thing to do is say as little as possible but tell the absolute truth but I surely would try to find a lawyer for advice!
Hopefully they can find some legal representation. It sounds like a serious problem, so perhaps a legal aid lawyer can help. The lawyer referral service that can be found in the Yellow Pages can arrange an appointment with a qualified lawyer for a minimal amount. That is one option that he/she can still do on Monday.

If the person is innocent, I do wish him or her Godspeed in having the charges dropped. However, when you send private e-mails to us, you only need to send one rather than five :)
That was a friend who is traveling to provide some support to the person in need of prayers. She kept getting an error message and didn't realize that the message had went through. She is terribly sorry that this happened and begs forgiveness!
I am sorry also. Hope you can forgive us! :)
Blessings

Hi Jen...
Fortunately, the freepmail has brought out a few wonderful ideas, as well as some referrals! Looks like there is one person who is able to give some advise that is looking better than what was given in the past.
One thing that has been a problem is advice that seemed to be geared to getting the freeper in trouble. This from an attorney that was thought to be on the freeper's side, but then started giving questionable advice.
No worries, Tracy.
Thank you so much!
My friend has been advised by an attorney, not a criminal lawyer, and....I can only rest in the fact that God is in control. One lawyer will tell you to go and be present or it will make you look guilty. Another will tell you to plead the fifth, and not show --being there can be worse because they can ask ANY questions relevant or not, and there is not representation for the person charged.
Friends, we have been through many rough things and God has answered the prayers of this group of warriors in astounding ways! I am praying for His glory to again shine, and the dignity and respect of my friend to be returned (what Satan has stolen away!).
We are also being told that the verdict will not be known until it shows up in the mail 3 weeks later!? To me, this is rather odd....in SD I don't believe it works that way. Does anyone know? Is this TRUE for TX?
Thanks, again! Tomorrow is the big day ---the jury is meeting in a church, in the afternoon to deliberate on this matter. (Hmmm! In a church!!)
I will try to keep things updated. When I hear, you will hear.
My prayers continue for your friend. God's protection over this whole situation.
Blessings,
trussell
If you want on/off my prayer ping list, please let me know. All requests happily honored.
May God hear our prayers, and may He protect and guide this Freeper.
That's to prevent the parties causing an uproar in the courtroom.
Prayers for all concerned.
I join in prayer for God's mercy, blessing and guidance for your friend!
