Cruise escaped bike crash unscathed

Hollywood hunk Tom Cruise escaped unharmed when he crashed his brand new motorcycle.

The Collateral heart-throb was riding his turbo-charged Ducati in Beverly Hills, California, when he skidded on a patch of oil.

The 42-year-old ended up sprawled on the road but was able to give concerned onlookers autographs before re-mounting his mean machine.

...autographs before re-mounting his mean machine.

Credit, where credit is due.

1. He rides.
2. He got back on.
3. He bought a bike with a turbo!
4. He's a homo/poser going slow enough to just remount after a spill.
5. He found a wet spot from one of Leno's Knuckleheads.

I thought being a Scientologist was supposed to protect you from that kind of stuff.

My goodness, here we have a Hollywood hunk and collateral heart-throb dumping his duck and giving out autographs. The left coast must be all atwitter over this.

Speaking for little guys everywhere, who says you can't be little and still be a hunk?

He was going down the hill doing 90 miles per hour, when the chain on his cycle broke.
He was found in the wreck with his hand on the throttle and his privates playing a ditty in the spokes.

Don't take my comments to heart.
I'm the tall one - 5'8" --- I
tower over many a hunk, esp considering
my preference for adding 3 - 4 inches
my height with shoes...lol.

Lol, I'm not. My wife is 4" taller than you are, and she wears heels to boot.

I guess Scientology keeps you from getting injured in auto accidents.

Yea that's cooool! Must be a Duc Monster. No other Duc has room to fit a turbo.

Somehow I doubt the person who wrote the article knows anything about bikes. I doubt it had a turbo in it. Turbos on bikes are very dangerous because of the lag time. They require quite a bit of skill to time the delayed acceleration. Then again...

Hi All-

This exotic motorcycle also comes with its very own mechanic because the valves need to be adjusted every 100 miles! [/humor]

It is so exotic, the mechanic rides along in a sidecar and actively tunes the bike in real time. :)
