FALSE, if you drink excessivly while home ALONE as the guardian of a minor in your custody, you could go to jail and lose parental rights if you are drunk often enough while caring for kids IMO.

Drinking heavily and/or being a drunk is not illegal, neglecting or putting your kids in danger is.

Well, what conservatives need to keep in mind here concerning Libertarians at voting time is that they are the ones here that like to try and split our vote.

This favors Democrats in actuality, so as Libertarians get people to waste their vote on go-no-where anarchist third parties, they are in fact passive enablers of the Democrat party as I see it.

If I remember correctly, C-SPan doesn't do local politics, only Fed one. IF the people want to out law porn in a certain state, they cand do so. And elected officials will run on whether t outlaw it and if yes what constitutes porn.

As another FRpr points out, a lot of ppl like porn, so a total outlaw is probably not possible. We can, however, encourage a culture of morality, where porn will be rejcected without any need for laws.

It's up to the ppl. It's unlikely all 50 states will have an anti-porn referendum, but it is possible to bring our culture back to a more moral time where no laws are necessary and porn is driven back into the underground it belong.

There have been anti-obscenity laws since colonial times and our FFs didn't change them.If anything,they made them stronger;as did the individual states.

A large number of ppl like pron. Others see it as free speech. It can also be seen as an anti-business legislation. Because we are a free and capitalist society we simply can't tell the pronmongeers goodbbye and force ppl to behave. IMO< leaving it to the states is the best idea. But forget about legislation. All we need is enough ppl saying no to pron and it will no longer be mainstream.
