For an actual drama that I'd consider a good guy movie, watch Tender Mercies with Robert Duvall
Geez, and I was afraid I'D come off sounding gay.
Actually, I probably should have FReepmailed this comment, but it didn't occurr to me until after I hit post.

Odd, no dramas like Rear Window or Casablanca and no Cary Grant movies.
And where is Cape Fear and the Hitcher {scariest thing I ever saw} and The Stepfather {really spooky}

To: pissant
I would put "The Wild Bunch" in the Top 10. Make "The Magnificent Seven" and "The Seven Samurai" tied for #10.

Fight Club is number 20.
However, they did forget Death Wish (starring Charles Bronson)

I love Fight Club, and it's very guy, hard to get much more guy-centric than a theme of "throw out your LL Bean catalog, drink something strong, get in a fight".

Oh, we can ncomment if only to rile them up. I have always loved war movies excepting for the VN war variety. I didn't like Apocolypse or Good Morniing VN except for the music.
