Neither Hillary or Condi can even be President. (US Constitution is only for men) (Mods are so mean)

I was just reading Article 2 of James Madison & Ben Franklin's opus magnus and started counting the number of times that masculine gender is indicated. Hmmm, I doesn't appear that Hildabeast (or "Law of the Sea" Condi for that matter) can even be president.:
Article II.
Section. 1.
Clause 1: The executive Power shall be vested in a President of the United States of America. He shall hold his Office during the Term of four Years, and, together with the Vice President, chosen for the same Term, be elected, as follows
...
Clause 6: In Case of the Removal of the President from Office, or of his Death, Resignation, or Inability to discharge the Powers and Duties of the said Office, ...
Clause 7: The President shall, at stated Times, receive for his Services, a Compensation, which shall neither be encreased nor diminished during the Period for which he shall have been elected, and he shall not receive within that Period any other Emolument from the United States, or any of them.
Clause 8: Before he enter on the Execution of his Office, he shall take the following Oath or Affirmation:--"I do solemnly swear ...
Section. 2.
Clause 1: The President shall be Commander in Chief of the Army and Navy of the United States, and of the Militia of the several States, when called into the actual Service of the United States; he may require the Opinion, in writing, of the principal Officer in each of the executive Departments, upon any Subject relating to the Duties of their respective Offices, and he shall have Power to grant Reprieves and Pardons for Offences against the United States, except in Cases of Impeachment.
Clause 2: He shall have Power, by and with the Advice and Consent of the Senate, to make Treaties, provided two thirds of the Senators present concur; and he shall nominate, and by and with the Advice and Consent of the Senate, shall appoint ...
Section. 3. He shall from time to time give to the Congress Information of the State of the Union, and recommend to their Consideration such Measures as he shall judge necessary and expedient; he may, on extraordinary Occasions, convene both Houses, or either of them, and in Case of Disagreement between them, with Respect to the Time of Adjournment, he may adjourn them to such Time as he shall think proper; he shall receive Ambassadors and other public Ministers; he shall take Care that the Laws be faithfully executed, and shall Commission all the Officers of the United States.

Though according to one of my old textbooks, now it is considered offensive to use 'he' or 'his' in the general, all-encompassing manner.

More than once I've posted something I thought was truly profound .... and experienced DETERIORATA.
*ahem*
Deteriorata
(You are a fluke of the universe. You have no right to be here.
Deteriorata , Deteriorata)
Go placidly amidst the noise and waste, and remember what comfort there may be in owning a piece thereof. Avoid quiet and passive persons, unless you are in need of sleep. Rotate your tires. Speak glowingly of those greater than yourself; and heed well their advice, even though they be turkeys. Know what to kiss - and when. Consider that two wrongs never make a right, but that three do. Wherever possible, put people on hold. Be comforted, that in the face of all iridity and disillusionment. and despite the changing fortunes of time, there is always a big future in computer maintenance.
(You are a fluke of the universe. You have no right to be here. Whether you can hear it or not, The universe is laughing behind your back.)
Remember the Pueblo. Strive at all times to bend, fold, spindle, and mutilate. Know yourself. If you need help, call the FBI. Exercise caution in your daily affairs, especially with those persons closest to you... That lemon on your left, for instance. Be assured that a walk through the seas of most souls would scarcely get your feet wet. Fall not in love, therefore, it will stick to your face. Gracefully surrender the things of youth: the birds, clean air, tuna, Taiwan - and let not the sands of time get in your lunch. Hire people with hooks. For a good time, call 606-4311, ask for Ken. Take heart in the deepening gloom that your dog is finally getting enough cheese. And reflect that whatever misfortune may be your lot, it could only be worse in Milwaukee.
(You are a fluke of the universe. You have no right to be here. Whether you can hear it or not, The universe is laughing behind your back.)
Therefore, make peace with your god, whatever you perceive him to be: hairy thunderer or cosmic muffin. With all its hopes, dreams, promises, and urban renewal, the world continues to deteriorate.
GIVE UP!
(You are a fluke of the universe. You have no right to be here. Whether you can hear it or not, The universe is laughing behind your back.)

New to the English language, or just languages in general?ouch!
To: Deadbug Dale
"He" was used as a gender neutral word in writings (pre 1973) before the PC police, WOmen's lib people came into being. The 'He' in this case, can mean either a man or a women.
To: NavVet
Now there's a duty you'll not be volunteering for, eh?
To: djf
Well, chat or chein can go either way as far as gender goes, Depending if the cat is male or female, le chat ou la chatte. Le chien ou la chienne. La maison (the house) has a definite gender, for example. :-)
And it the femme-nazis had their way, it would be "fisherwoman".

Really, if you don't own property, forget about it. Women, sheesh, who cares, they are just property owned by their husbands, those neanderthals. I say, we need remember men, women are no better than slugs anyway, let's do them and let them give birth, what good are they otherwise? We need the men only rule. Men hunt, men provide, men are great, men, screw women, it's our time!! UGH!!!!!
To: CitizenM
Did you really want to do this? What about my female mailman; the female head of my committee, the Chairman; and all the Assemblymen out there who women. Now I know that in some PC areas the "men" has been changed to "persons" but only after the women were already there. And, you knew this was coming: Be careful, God is watching, and She may not be pleased. ;)The only reason we allowed you gals to take part in politics is because we felt sorry for you...

Look up Betty Jo Bioloski sometime"Out of the Fog, into the smog. Relentlessly, Ruthlessly ('I wonder where Ruth is?') Doggedly (Arf, Arf, Arf) At 4th and Drucker he takes a left. At Drucker and 4th he takes a right. He crosses McArthur Park and walks into a great sandstone building.('Ouch, my nose!') He's ready for adventure, he's ready for excitement he's ready for anything
