Isn't that his point? That since the feminists won't allow that the male pronoun was really meant as gender neutral, if everything must be taken literally, then what the Constitution says must be taken literally too. And you can't just rewrite that one.

Or else he's slamming people who DO read it literally, I can't tell which.

Women are too emotionally unstable, too much at the mercy of their hormones to successfully be President anyway. And they ought to cover their heads in church, the little hussies.
