I was just reading Article 2 of James Madison & Ben Franklin's opus magnus and started counting the number of times that masculine gender is indicated. Hmmm, I doesn't appear that Hildabeast (or "Law of the Sea" Condi for that matter) can even be president.:

The words such as "he" and "his" and "him" do NOT REFER to one gender--their uses denote general reference to both genders.

Most people know that "he" means both genders in regards to the Constitution. I'll give him the benefit of the doubt that he just didn't realize that fact without flaming him.
